Prototype DL80 (2005 – 2006)

The prototype DL80 was the beginning of our race to the Automation of the optical industry. It was a prototype of automatic deblocking by hot water immersion, and tape striping using high pressure jet.

Prototype DL80(2006 – 2007)

The second version of our prototype innovating at the deblocking function, by replacing the hot water dip by a novel dry mechanical release, keeping the lens tape stripping using high pressure jet.

Nucleo Deblocking System for Satisloh (2008 – 2009)

Prototypes developed exclusively for Satisloh, focus on
Deblocking lenses (Satisloh system – Nucleo) by high pressure jet (patents Insomec).

Model DL80 (2008 – 2010)

The model DL 80, it was the commercial version of the prototype developed to date and the first commercial version of our industry solutions. An automatic mechanical dry deblocking machine and, tape striping using high pressure jet.

TSA (2011)

From our experience and continued work on continuous improvement,
has led us to get a new machine: more universal, versatile, robust and automatic for tape-striping lens, maintaining our principle using water jet under high pressure.

In parallel and in collaboration with TH & KGmbH, We managed to integrate the new machine DBA2 (automatic deblocking machine) and the machine TSA as the system more effective, reliable and competitive in the deblocking and tape-striping lenses. Both systems are protected under Insomec patents.

DL100 (2012)

Automatic machine for deblocking edging lenses. An innovation in the optical industry to streamline the deblocking system and pre-cleaning of edging lenses.
