Our latest innovations over the TSA machines include an A.I. vision system capable of detecting the presence of tape or alloy rests over the front surface of the lens. Detaping procedure can be repeated or the job tray can be rejected later allowing then further automation in automatic loading cleaning machines. The new pressure control system allows the customer to select the precise water jet pressure for each type of lens or coating. Adding the cooling system option will reduce the water consumption by using a simple system that keeps the water tank temperature under the limits. The lens blowing station will deliver drained lenses avoiding further contamination on the tray.
